If you are looking for boxes that are similar to these I do offer some cute ones in my shop in 5 different colors. I think its great to use a color coding system when you have multiple things you want to track on your monthly spread. ![]() I usually try to set my bills on auto-pay due to the fact that I am crazy busy with working, and being a full time mama! I re-write our budget every month in case we need other things or want to take something out that we don’t need. Now, we use the zero method, meaning we account for what we know we will be receiving for sure, and make a budget that way. The first thing that I do before anything else, is use a notebook (any simple notebook will do) to write down a draft of all my bills, this also includes ANY money that we will be spending this month. There are a few steps I take before I write anything down in my actual planner so I’ll go through those first. Especially if you have tons of things to do throughout the day. ![]() Not only that, but it didn’t take hours of work! Which is a huge bonus in my opinion. I always tried new methods that never seemed to work, or it would be so unorganized that it wouldn’t make sense or I would forget a bill! Finally, after lots… and LOTS of trial and error I realized that I could keep track of my bills through my Erin Condren planner. Budgeting is definitely something that has taken me a while to get right.
